Jenna Rezzardi, WHNP-BC
Jenna Rezzardi completed her undergraduate degree in nursing at Illinois State University in 2007. She received her Masters as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner- Board Certified (WHNP-BC) from the University of Illinois Circle Campus in 2014. Prior to starting at Lake Shore in 2015, Jenna had 7+ years of experience working as a labor and delivery nurse for Christ Hospital and more recently Prentice Women’s Hospital.
Jenna’s clinical interests include preventive care and contraception education. She enjoys helping her patients feel confident in their decisions related to their healthcare.
Jenna currently lives in the Chicago downtown area with her boyfriend and their cat and dog. In her free time, Jenna enjoys spending time with family, traveling as well as exploring what Chicago has to offer.
Jillian Vander Pol, WHNP-BC
Jillian Vander Pol completed her undergraduate degree in nursing at Purdue University Calumet
University in 2014 as well as an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from Indiana University in 2011.
She received her Masters as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner- Board Certified (WHNP-BC) from the Loyola University Chicago Campus in 2020. Prior to starting at Lake Shore Jillian has prior experience as a WHNP-BC in a private practice setting and has nine years of experience as a labor and delivery nurse for Prentice Women’s Hospital.
Jillian’s clinical interests include obstetrics and preventative care. She is passionate about helping women become active participants in their health care.
Jillian currently lives in the Chicago area with her husband and their twin boys. In her
free time, Jillian enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and experiencing Chicago’s restaurants, art and music.
